Fifth Grade Celebration Information

Later this year, we will be sending home questionnaires for students to complete to help build the yearbook and to ensure they get a class t-shirt in the size they want. 
For now... please take photos and send us photos for the yearbook!

We need photos from all of your years at Brookside, alone and with Brookside friends and teachers!

Please use a filename and/or email copy that identifies the student in individual photos -
​ex: JaneDoe - Kinder.jpg or "Photo of Jane Doe during 2nd grade field trip"
